Introduction

These terms govern the use of the website d8wrap.com and the services of D8 Wrap, a car detailing and vehicle wrapping studio based in Amadora, Portugal. By requesting a quote, booking an appointment or writing to us through any channel on this site, you accept these terms.

What We Provide

We carry out vehicle wrapping, paint protection film, ceramic coating, polishing, window tinting, interior and exterior detailing, and related work on the vehicle you bring to us. The website presents our work and lets you contact us; it does not sell anything and takes no payment.

• Prices shown on the site are indicative starting prices. The binding price is the written quote we give you after seeing the vehicle, because the condition of the paint and the size of the car change the work involved.
• An appointment is confirmed when we confirm it to you in writing, by WhatsApp, email or message. A request on its own does not reserve a slot.
• Any duration we give is an estimate. Work discovered during the job — damaged paint, previous film, corrosion — may extend it, and we will tell you before continuing.

Appointments and Cancellation

Tell us as early as you can if you cannot come; a slot left empty on the day cannot be given to anyone else. If we have to move your appointment — a job running long, an illness, a delayed material delivery — we will offer you the nearest alternative.

The vehicle must arrive in a condition that lets us work: legally roadworthy, with the documents you need to drive it, and free of personal belongings we would have to move. We are not responsible for items left in the car.

AI Wrap Preview

The preview tool on this site generates an illustration of how a colour might look on your car. It is a visualisation, not a colour sample and not a promise. Screens differ, light differs, and the real film is chosen from physical samples at the studio. Nothing generated by the tool forms part of a quote or a contract.

Talking to Us

You can reach us by phone, WhatsApp, email or the form on this site. We answer during working hours; none of these channels is monitored around the clock, so please do not use them for anything urgent or safety-related. Conversations you have with us — messages and telephone calls — are recorded and kept as described in our Privacy Policy.

Content and Photographs

The text, photographs, video and design on this site belong to D8 Wrap and may not be reproduced commercially without our permission.

We photograph the work we do, and we may show it in our portfolio and on social media. If you would rather your car did not appear, tell us — before or after the job — and we will not publish it, or we will take it down.

Liability

We are liable for the work we perform, under Portuguese law. We are not liable for faults that already existed in the vehicle, for damage caused by earlier work done elsewhere, or for the behaviour of paint that was previously repaired or repainted — film and coatings are applied to the surface as it is, and a surface that is already failing underneath will keep failing.

The website is provided as it is. We do our best to keep the information on it accurate and current, but we do not guarantee that it is free of error or always available.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. If something goes wrong, write to us first — most things are settled that way. As a consumer you may also take a dispute to an alternative dispute resolution body; in Portugal the competent entities are listed at consumidor.gov.pt.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms. The version that applies to your job is the one published when we confirmed it. The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed.
