How we did it
On a Ninja everything painted is small, curved and visible from every angle — fairings, tank, mudguards. We covered every painted element in film, which on a bike means partial disassembly: only then does the film tuck behind the edges instead of lifting in the wind at the speeds these bikes travel. Stuck over the top, the edges would peel on the first ride.
